We undertake a large volume of commercial property valuations, all of which comply with the current requirements of the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards 2012 to assist in secured lending for banks and other lending institutions.
Valuations are also undertaken for purposes such as taxation (inheritance and capital gains), accounts, probate and matrimonial – litigation proceedings which are also completed on a similar basis in accord with regulations.
We have a very long established and close working relationship with the regions main banks and enjoy panel status with the majority of them.
