The retail premises were formed over two storeys and were fitted out as a barbers shop, we are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured a tenant. A local barber expanding from a premises on Brook Street has taken a five year lease of the property, at the asking rental of £12,000 per annum, and we wish the tenant every success in regard to their business.
