The site comprises a former chemical pharmaceutical research and development facility which has undergone recent refurbishments to be converted into compounds, containers and industrial units. The compounds are put together with palisade fencing and accessed via a double security gate. They also benefit from 24 hour CCTV and offer an alternative storage solution. In addition containers and small industrial units are available on-site.
