BA Commercial are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to join their Property & Asset Management Team.

Successful applicants will be help provide a high level of service in a wide-ranging commercial property portfolio which stretches across the North West and North Wales.

Our Ideal candidate will need to have a good standard of previous experience in:

  • Customer Care
  • Administration
  • Business management
  • Contracts management
  • Accounting

Other core skills include:

  • Good communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organisation
  • Problem solving
  • Decision making

BIFM accreditation or similar FM qualifications, as well as IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are preferred but not essential.

BA Commercial are an established Practice of Chartered Surveyors based in Chester and St Asaph, and cover a wide geographical area, across the Northwest of England and Wales.

The position provides a competitive salary, together with the opportunity to progress within the Firm.
