We use an invoice scanning and approval system, which brings a high level of automation and efficiency to purchase ledger. Supplier invoices are paid within eight days on average, which is well received by suppliers, who in some cases offer up to 5% discount for prompt payment. This leads to lower service charges and therefore occupational savings, ensuring best value for tenants.

Reinstatement Insurance Valuations are important for all types of properties, both Commercial and Residential, and provide the insurers with an up-to-date value of what it would cost to rebuild the property in the event of an unforeseen event.
