Graduate Surveyor – Commercial Property
Location: Chester
Type: Full-time, Graduate Role
We are a dynamic firm of chartered surveyors seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse commercial surveying profession, the successful candidate will be expected to work within all sectors covered by BA Commercial whilst working towards their professional qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with property valuations, inspections, viewings and market research
• Support lease advisory, property/asset management, and agency instructions
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients
• Work closely with senior surveyors on live projects
About You:
• RICS accredited Degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying, or a related discipline
• Organised, strong analytical and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ambition to work towards RICS Commercial pathway qualification
• Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance
