BA Commercial are looking to appoint an Graduate Surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management Team.
Successful applicants will be required to help provide a high level of service for a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Our Ideal candidate will need demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills both face-to-face, over the phone and in writing
Attention to detail and proactive thinking
Independent problem-solving
Strong Office 365 proficiency (with particular focus on excel)
Prudent organisational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage a diverse workload
CANDIDATE
The candidate should ideally have an RICS accredited degree however, other applicants will be considered.
The role will predominantly involve assisting with the Property and Asset Management team with a wide array of tasks. The role is a good mix of office based work and site visits.
The candidate will be given full support for the RICS APC program.
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Requirements: The candidate will require access to a vehicle and a full driving licence, valid to drive in the UK (mileage allowance will be paid).
Remuneration: On offer is a competitive salary commensurate to the candidates experience and qualifications.
