Key Responsibilities (post-training):
•    Cash control, and year-end procedures, updating systems.
•    Oversee Purchase ledger 
•    Oversee utilities management.
•    Collaborate with property managers, contractors, tenants, and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
•    Team player with a willingness to learn.
•    Proficient in IT and software, especially Microsoft Excel.
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
