Trainee Commercial Property Estate Agent
Location: BA Commercial, 2 Friarsgate, Grosvenor Street, Chester, CH1 1XG
We are a dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors seeking a motivated and ambitious A Level leaver, graduate or similar to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse commercial surveying profession, the successful candidate will be expected to work within all sectors covered by BA Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property valuations, inspections, viewings and market research
- Support lease advisory, property/asset management, and agency instructions
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients
- Work closely with senior surveyors on live projects
About You:
- Organised, strong analytical and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ambition to work towards RICS Commercial pathway qualification
- Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance
