Acting on behalf of private clients, we have completed the sales of both Units 14 and 15 at Gateway Park on the established Llandegai Industrial Estate in Bangor. Gateway Park is a popular trade counter scheme with substantial occupiers including; Screwfix, Autoglass, Enterprise, Royal Mail, HSS, Toolstation, Benchmarx Joinery and Eurocell.
BA Commercial have disposed of Unit 14 to national trade counter operator Motor Parts Direct and Unit 15 to a private client who has retained BA Commercial for the letting instruction. Both properties comprised modern open plan mid-terrace industrial units extending to 2,422 sq ft and Unit 15 will be re-marketed at £6.00 psf equating £14,600 pax.
