The property investment is anchored by Waterstones and provides prominent town centre premises, with three shops at ground floor level, together with extensive first and second floor accommodation.
The total accommodation extends to 3,676 sq m – 39,572 sq ft.
The transaction was completed within three weeks of agreeing Heads of Terms.
The investment disposal was handled by Cushman & Wakefield acting for New River RIET and their JV partner Morgan Stanley.
