Waldron House was placed on the market by a Manchester based investment agent and received a large amount of interest. We identified that the property was within a client’s investment parameters and subsequently pitched the property to the client as a potential opportunity. The property and tenant met the client’s requirements for a single let stand alone detached industrial premises within the Greater Manchester market, with reversionary uplifts. The tenant was also identified as a strong covenant within the renewable sector, which also aligned with our client’s requirement. The property went to best and final bids and BA Commercial were able to secure the property for our client and advise throughout the legal process to completion.
