BA Commercial act for The Eaton Estate on Agency and Property Management matters and have successfully landed Connells Group Plc in Unit 5.
The new letting is part of their expansion plan for the legal department.
Also, BAC has successfully completed a short-term letting to Kier Plc at Grosvenor Court.
Kier will be taking the office on a short-term deal while they undertake construction work in the City Centre.
