Double Success on Bridge Street, Chester City Centre

Acting on behalf of private clients BA Commercial successfully completed two back-to-back lettings at the historical city centre premises that is 20 Bridge Street & 16 Bridge Street Row.  The property dates to 1873 and is Grade II Listed. Originally let as one single commercial unit. Most recently a Fast Food Restaurant and thereafter a Bank Premises.

BA Commercial advised that a split of the vacant ground floor bank premises and the first-floor offices would be the most sustainable future for the property in terms of long-term planning and maximising rental.  After a concise marketing period, the letting to Gails Bakery completed in March 2024. Gails Chester will be a great addition to the city and their Northwest portfolio; with their latest additions being Wilmslow and Altrincham. Soon thereafter the letting of the first floor at 16 Bridge Street Row completed to Evoke Architecture, who have relocated from Liverpool to Chester.

BA Commercial Director Robbie Clarke commented: -
“A success story all round for both our client (the landlord) and the new tenants. We aim to source successful tenants that offer long term security to achieve the highest possible values for our client's asset.”
