BA Commercial is delighted to confirm the letting of a prime unit to Echidna Deli - the brand-new venture from Jess, the Aussie founder of Chester’s favourite Kookaburra Bakehouse.
Known for serving up baked goods with real personality, Kookaburra has built a loyal following in the City. Now, with Echidna Deli, Jess is bringing that same creative spark to a broader table, think cheeses, charcuterie, fresh produce, sandwiches, and of course her iconic sourdough. All served with a little Aussie twist.
Hoole continues to attract standout independents, and the arrival of Echidna Deli underlines the strength of the area as one of Chester’s most exciting food and drink destinations.
