BA Commercial are delighted to confirm the recent letting of the restaurant at 1-3 Eastgate Row Chester to Plant Based Dining Limited t/a SHRUB which will hopefully bring new life to Eastgate Row once the lockdown is over. Despite the on set of Coronavirus their enthusiastic owners Calum Adams, Natasha Dignam and Sammy Sale were keen to secure the premises so they could start work on the interior and be ready to open as soon as possible after the government restrictions are lifted.
The new Vegan bar and restaurant will be an exciting addition to Chester’s leisure scene as the year of the vegetable is looking to reign supreme in an increasingly vegan-conscious world. Veganism is here to stay and it is anticipated that not only will this lead to more dedicated vegan restaurants, but also to wider and more readily available vegan dishes across the board as restaurants adapt to the dramatic shifts in eating habits.
The world will be a very different place after the Coronavirus but there is no doubt Vegan Restaurants will be very much part of the brave new world.
