BA Commercial is delighted to announce that acting on behalf of private clients, we have acquired the Ridleywood Industrial Complex on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.
The Wrexham Industrial Estate extends to over 550 hectares and is home to 340 businesses across automotive, aerospace, food, pharmaceuticals and engineering. These businesses collectively employ over 10,000 people.
The Ridleywood Industrial Complex is located on Bryn Lane close to Kellogs and comprises 13 industrial units totalling 21,000 sq ft across 2 acres
