Acting on behalf of Bryn Property Company Limited, BA Commercial have recently let a new retail unit forming part of their large commercial and residential flat scheme known as Bridewell Court, Pen y Bryn, the subject premises being 14 Pen y Bryn, Wrexham, LL13 7HY.
The building comprised a ground floor lock-up shop unit, extending to 121.5 sq m (1309 sq ft), and has been let on the basis of a new five year lease to a Mr K and Mrs I Kielmann, off a quoting rental of £10,000 pax.
The tenants, Holistic Sun Limited will operate the premises as a new state of the art sunbed/tanning salon.
