Acting on behalf of Sutures Limited we have completed the sale of Unit 19 Vauxhall Industrial Estate.
Unit 19 has been purchased by Trevalyn Estates, whose long-term plan will be to develop the property to provide smaller buildings, and the reconfiguration of the property will be available for lettings in Spring 2021.
