Acting on behalf of private clients, BA Commercial have recently disposed an attractive period building within the City Walls known as Lantern House, Duke Street, CH1 1RP, and accessed via Lower Bridge Street, latterly used as an Architect’s office, and provided accommodation over two floors totalling 692 sq ft (64.3 sq m) and has been sold to Kingfisher Abodes Ltd off an asking price of £275,000.
BA Commercial acted jointly with Matthews of Chester in the sale.
Justin Rice-Jones who handled the sale commented: “This was an attractive small self-contained office building with well-appointed compartmented accommodation. The property attracted a good degree of interest from both commercial and residential applicants given the scarcity of freeholds in the city centre, and we are delighted that a sale has now been concluded”.
