Acting on behalf of the owners of the above building BA Commercial are pleased to confirm the letting of the ground floor landmark building.
The ground floor premises, extending to 78.2 sq m (841 sq ft), have been taken by Morgan’s Wigs Limited, who are currently based in Hoole, Chester and North Wales, and have taken the premises on the basis of a new three year lease, at a rental of £12,500 pax.
